House rules

A counting-house,
not a casino.

LIR CAPITAL LLC keeps forty-eight lines of financial business the way a counting house keeps a trial balance: each entry posted to its proper book, each book reconciled on a rhythm, each figure traceable to a named responsible party. The discipline is old; the instruments — from venture allocations to virtual-currency clearing — are not.

We work from 9435 Waterstone Blvd, Suite 140-300, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. This website describes our business scope; it publishes no offers, quotes, recommendations or performance claims. Any engagement begins on paper, in writing, with disclosures.

Separate books, separate duties

Principal capital, client-paid advice, managed mandates, fiduciary custody and market plumbing are kept in separate ledgers — so a line of business never quietly borrows the character of another.

Every entry has a name

Each posting carries an owner. When something needs an answer, the ledger already says whose desk it lands on — reconciliation is a duty, not a debate.

No unposted risk

Positions, conflicts and fees are written down before money moves. If it isn't in the book, it doesn't happen; if it is in the book, it's auditable.

Asked at the desk

Before you post an entry.

Is LIR CAPITAL LLC a bank or a broker-dealer?
We are a financial company operating across several regulated categories — from own-account dealing to advisory, fund management, fiduciary and market-infrastructure work. The specific regulatory character of any engagement is set out in that engagement's own written documents and disclosures, not on this website.
Does this website give investment advice or offer securities?
No. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, quote or performance claim. Service-line descriptions are business classifications. Any offering would come only through its proper disclosure documents to qualified parties.
What is the difference between Ledgers B and C?
Ledger B is advice: customized planning and investment-advisory work, paid for by the client, where you keep control of the assets. Ledger C is management: mandates where discretion over funds, portfolios or trusts is delegated under an agreement.
Do fiduciary services cover real estate escrow?
Our fiduciary book specifically excludes real-estate escrow — those lines cover private-estate administration, nondepository trust work, securities custody and related escrow arrangements. Property closings are a different trade.
How do I start a conversation?
Post an entry through the contact page or write to contact.marta.jimenez@lircapita.shop. The intake desk responds in order received; nothing is agreed until it's in writing.
