1. What this website is

This site is a business-information site describing the financial service lines operated by LIR CAPITAL LLC, plus a correspondence channel to the posting desk. It is not a trading platform, not an account portal, and not a channel through which any transaction is executed.

2. No offer, no advice — the governing boundary

Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, royalty, lease, tax lien, insurance interest, virtual currency or other financial instrument; nor is it investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Descriptions on The Ledger page are classifications of business scope. You agree that:

• reading this site creates no advisory, fiduciary, custodial, trust or client relationship;
• no quotation, figure or service description here is a live price, term sheet or performance representation;
• you will not make or refrain from any financial decision in reliance on website content;
• regulated activities — where they occur — are conducted only under their own written agreements and disclosures, to eligible parties.

3. No engagement by browsing

Posting an inquiry does not open an account, begin an engagement, or entitle you to a response within any particular time. A business relationship starts only when confirmed in writing under the applicable documentation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or third-party information through the forms;
• send account credentials, wire instructions, wallet keys or identity documents via the website;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting;
• bulk-scrape the site or reproduce its content for redistribution;
• impersonate LIR CAPITAL LLC, its staff, or any regulated entity, or use the site's name or design in fraudulent solicitations;
• use the site for any purpose unlawful under Ohio or United States law, including securities or money-transmission law.

5. Fraud and impersonation warning

LIR CAPITAL LLC does not solicit deposits, investments or transfers through unsolicited messages, social media or messaging applications. If you receive a payment request in our name, treat it as fraud until verified with the desk at the phone number published on this site. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party impersonation.

6. Accuracy of the books

The forty-eight service lines on The Ledger page reflect our business scope as classified at publication. Active availability, licensing status and terms of any individual line may change without notice; this site is not a real-time offering board. We may correct or restate entries at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the "Ledger" design system, ledger and tape graphics, page copy, and the LIR CAPITAL name and marks — is owned by or licensed to LIR CAPITAL LLC and protected by United States intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only; other reproduction requires prior written permission.

8. Third-party resources

The site is hosted on Google Firebase and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Outbound links, if any appear, lead to sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Privacy

Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not transmit account credentials or identity documents through website channels; see Section 4 of that policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that descriptions reflect current terms of any service line.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIR CAPITAL LLC, its members, managers, staff and developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or financial losses arising from use of — or inability to use — this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the website shall not exceed US $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not address obligations arising under any executed engagement agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIR CAPITAL LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, or submission of another person's information without authorization.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, to whose jurisdiction you consent.

14. Changes & severability

We may revise these terms; the current version is always posted at /terms-of-service, and continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
